At AMC Counseling my goal is to help people work toward deep, meaningful and lasting change that facilitates deepening connections.  This is not to say that, I can make life easy for you or that all your dreams will come true, but I believe that you can live a more fulfilling life no matter what struggles you have or what hardships you have faced.  I take a holistic approach, mind, body and spirit, to address struggles that affect the very core of who we are and how you live.  We are each complex and unique individuals, therefore I tailor my approach to address each person's distinct needs.
