I believe that each person is the expert in their own lives, therefore I take a client-centered approach to counseling.  I work with adults aged 18 and up who may be experiencing, anxiety, depression, PTSD symptoms, feelings of emptiness, relationship/communication struggles, other mental/emotional challenges and faith struggles.
