How do I schedule a counseling appointment?
New clients can call for an appointment.
Current clients can log in to their account or call to schedule or cancel an appointment.
What is your rate for counseling sessions?
Our rate is $120.00 per one hour session. AMC Counseling accepts major credit or debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept Apple pay, Google pay, Cash App, JCP, cash, checks, or HSA Cards.
Do you take insurance?
We accept Anthem, BlueCross & BlueShield, Optum, United Healthcare, UMR, Cigna, Robin Health Parnters, Veteran's Choice Program, Medicaid & BadgerCare, MHS, Beacon Health, Cenpatico, Curalinc, Kepro/Accentra, Workplace Solutions. We may also accept OON, Out-Of-Network benefits. Check with our insurance company for OON Benefits. We also accept your HSA card/account.
Do you have a sliding fee scale?
Yes. AMC Counseling does provide a sliding fee scale for a limited amount of clients. Please contact us to inquire about our sliding fee scale.
Do you provide free consultations?
Yes, I do free provide free phone consultations, and I welcome any questions that you may have.
